For export business:
Why should we choose you to do business with rather than we directly contact the factories?
Not every factory is familiar with international trading business. There are good Taiwanese manufacturers who make good products with competitive price but because they don't have export department, they can't sell directly to other countries. That's what our role is.
Are you good at international trading affairs?
Yes, we are professionals. We have been in the business for a very long time. We know everything from the beginning to the end regarding the international trading.

For import business:
What exact products you're looking for?
The products that we're currently importing is dietary supplements (tablet, hard-shell capsule, softgel, powder, and liquid form)
We also import cosmetic product such as hand cream, face cream, eye serum, body lotion...etc.
Where do you sell the products to?
We currently have two roles. The first role is an importer. The second, is a wholesale distributor. The difference is when we play as a importer, we sell products to the client who's a distributor. As for the wholesale distributor role, we have clients who are chain-store owners.

Have your imported products been approved by government?
Yes. All imported products have been approved by Taiwan Food and drug association and are under the TFDA's regulations.
You sell products to Taiwan market, where are the origins of the products?
Most products are from U.S and Europe countries. Some products are made in Taiwan depending on our clients' demands.
Do you have products for vegetarians?
Most of our products are for non-vegetarians. But we can customize the product if clients demand it.
